Easy to book an accessible room online - with photos on website and a choice of bathroom (ie shower or shallow bath). We booked the room with the bath, as it was only for one night, and I didn't need a full wash. My able-bodied 6ft husband said it was a bit too shallow for him, but the grab rails all around the bath would be ideal for a disabled person wanting a bath. Grab rails on both sides of toilet, at a good height, plus more vertical grab rails beside the toilet and on opposite side of the mirror. Plenty of room to manouvre in a wheel chair in the bathroom. In the bedroom, can only get wheelchair down one side of bed, but otherwise no problem with space. Bed was a small double - a good height to transfer from wheelchair with a banana board, but the mattress was very soft, so I could not move around/turn over once on the bed. Very heavy fire doors in corridors, and slope from car park to front door and reception (without a flat space at the top) - so you may need an able-bodied person with you. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, including vegan alternatives

hotel at a service station by the A12, so very easy to get to by car. Plenty of parking, including designated blue badge spots by entry to hotel Alternate eating facilities and a large Sainsbury's very close by.
