Excellent place to stay, wheelchair friendly. The accessible room that we've been in has a wet room with an accessible shower with a wall fitted shower seat. The rooms are on the first floor so we need to use the lift. Even when this was broken the staff took me downstairs on a chair for use in this situation. Staff are fantastic, very friendly, helpful & accommodating. There is a restaurant in the hotel which is also accessible & the food is good. It is essential to phone the hotel after you have booked online to ensure that you get an accessible room to meet your needs, I have been to one when I didn't phone & got a room with a low level bath which I cannot manage. Not the hotel's fault they didn't know what my needs we're. Highly recommended. (5 stars).
