There are 4 Type 2 EV charging bays in the car park of Lipton House, 2 × 7kW and 2 × 22kW.
I found them through Zapmap, although found is maybe too strong a word. They are marked there as being in the middle of Laurieston Road, when they are actually in a car park off Hospital Street (coordinates: 55.849473,-4.250871).
The charging terminals are each at the top of a set of 2 parking bays that are standard size and have no protected space around them. They face towards the bays and the sockets for cables are on the sides. Cables are not provided. There is a yellow bollard right in front of the terminals, which would not significantly impede reach if there was enough space to get to it. (Maybe when the other parking space is unoccupied.)
There is a bit of pavement between the two sets of bays that has a lowered curb on the side of the carpark.
I am not sure how much it all matters, though, since when I was looking at them, someone came out of Lipton House and asked me what I was doing. I was then told that this was a private car park for Lipton House and it did not matter whether the EV chargers were accessible since only the people working there were allowed to use them anyways. Good for them, I guess, but you can still be working somewhere and need wheelchair access...
