Good
A great location less than 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross Rail Station and accessible underground station. The hotel has level access entrance with wide automatic doors. The accessible rooms were very spacious, I was able to get the wheelchair at one side of the bed. The bathrooms have sliding doors into them and baths with showers over them with plenty of grab rails. There is plenty space to move about. The bar/restaurant area has plenty space.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
The lifts were adequate. There were quite a few doors to get through, which was quite difficult to negotiate in the wheelchair with luggage.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
We arrived via Kings Cross Rail station which is only 5 minutes away. There was a good bus service from outside the station and there was bus stops directly outside the hotel. I am unsure if there was any parking although being in the middle of London, parking may be an issue.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
I was not in the loos in the public areas but the one in the room was more than acceptable. Plenty of room to move around.
Staff
Good
Did not have much interaction with staff but the ones we did encounter were very helpful.
Additional Information
I found it an excellent place to make base. Within Easy reach of many tourist attractions etc.
