Overview

Fantastic new build hotel in central London. There are 16 accessible rooms of which 9 have ceiling hoists. This is by far the highest ceiling hoist provision of any hotel in the UK ( as far as I'm aware ). The hoist was great and it really improved the quality of our stay. The only reason I deducted half a point was the size of the lift. Frustrating given the effort and thought that went into the design of the hotel that the lift was so small. I struggled to fit in.

Transport & Parking

Very good if you drive. Blue badge holders can park at the door. Archway tube station is very close but it has limited access. There are buses that serve the area but I have used them.

Access

Ceiling hoist, big wetroom, nice shower - it was brilliant. Please build more spacious lifts! It would make a big difference.

Toilets

Very good.

Staff

They were all very helpful and friendly, particularly in the restaurant. It can take a few attempts if you need to phone front desk prior to your visit. Aside from that they were very accommodating - getting a profiling bed delivered to the room was no problem. There is an alarm which we accidentally pressed and a staff member was there almost immediately.

It's a very welcome step forward to have a major hotel chain building a hotel with so many accessible rooms and also ceiling hoists. Well done!
