Good

Great access, parking really close to the entrance and very helpful staff.

Disabled Access In and Around

Good

Overall access was very good. Checking in was easy and we were directed to our rooms. It is a pity that the reception has no lowered desk but staff were very helpful despite this. There are several lifts which are of a reasonable size. There is a manual door between the lift and the corridor with the bedrooms but it isn't too heavy. Our room was spacious and had an en suite accessible bathroom (see photos). The restaurant, reception and the bar are all on the ground floor with level access between them. Staff are happy to move chairs and there are plenty of low tables.

Parking & Transport

Excellent

There were over 10 disabled parking bays. These are free for residents and very close to the entrance. (See photos)

Great spacious accessible toilets in room and next to the bar/restaurant area.

Top marks! Very friendly and helpful. Happy to offer assistance when needed.

Additional Information

Great hotel if you are going to the Excel centre as it is just across the road. The nearest station is the Royal Victoria DLR Station. There is a slightly higher than expected gap between the threshold and the entrance area, it would be much improved if this was completely level!
