Overall Rating

Good

Access to the Premier was generally good. If you are visiting the ExCel Centre it's a great spot being only a short walk from Prince Regent DLR and the Centre.

Disabled Access In and Around

Good

Pedestrian access is fine once you spot the dropped kerbs. The front entrance has a slightly raised threshold that might catch wheelchair users unawares if they don't spot it. Once inside the reception is spacious but there is no dropped counter which made signing in as a powerchair user tricky. The lifts take you to the rooms and the accessible room I used was fine.

Parking & Transport

Excellent

If you arrive by car you can park in the Blue Badge bays right by the front door (50m). The nearest DLR station is Prince Regent and its a short walk of around 500m / 15 minutes.

Accessible Toilets

Good

The accessible bathroom was fine with enough room to manoeuvre. The loo by the bar and restaurant was large, easy to access and clean.

Staff

Excellent

Top marks to the staff from the reception team who helped at check in through to the bar and restaurant folk who helped us during our stay.

Additional Information

The hotel was good but travellers should be aware it's next to the DLR and near to London City Airport so there is some ambient noise at times.
