Worst accessibility I've experienced at Premier Inn. Of course the shower head was right at the top of the pole, but this one was even facing the wall! Our accessible room was furtherest room from the lift and the floor wasn't even, so I couldn't self propel down the corridor. We were given ONE towel for two people. The hot tap only got warm if you ran it for 5 mins. The cleaning trolley blocked the hallway and the reception desk is so high that you can't see over it from a standard wheelchair if you're shorter than 5 ft! The staff send they would bring up an extra hand towel, but it never arrived.

Staff double up as bar staff in a busy social hub, so very little customer service.
