Good
One night stay but could easily have been used as a longer stay's base for visiting Wells and the area. Only 15 mins walk from Wells centre. Blue badge parking available in the city centre.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
A w/c user needs a carer or support as there are doors requiring card to access without automatic opening. Accessible rooms on ground floor with roll in shower access. Lowered desk for w/c user at reception.
Parking & Transport
Good
Ideal for road users. Blue badge parking immediately outside but there is still a charge as for other Premier Inn users.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
All very clean. Toilet was quite low but had grab rails. Shower was surrounded with plenty of rails in the accessible bathroom and a fixed spacious shower seat. Hand held and overhead shower. Sliding door to bathroom meant that there was easy access. Some of the extras (bathroom tumblers etc) were missing but this is a budget hotel.
