I tend to stay at the Premier Inn when I travel as I know what to expect. I'm glad to say this branch was far more than I expected, with great access and brilliant staff. I've provided my review in video and audio formats, which you'll find linked above.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
The access is generally good at this location. The door to the lift corridor is heavy, but staff are helpful and will open it for you if needed. The accessible room I stayed in had a bath, and was spacious enough for most mobility devices. There was only room for a left-side transfer to the bath.

There is a car park directly across the street which has accessible parking spaces and EV chargers, and some single yellow lines on nearby roads. If you're arriving by public transport, there's a bus stop just up the street, while Bath Spa railway station and Bath Bus Station are around a 10 minute walk away.

Good
The toilets in both my room and the restaurant were spacious enough for most mobility devices, and the emergency red cords were hanging freely.

Spectacular! Jessie, Katie and Alex made my stay a memorable one. They looked after me throughout my visit and always took a genuine interest in how my day had been. You guys are fantastic. Thank you for making me feel so welcome!
