Good
Approaching the building you see that it has a stepped frontage. Closer examination revealed a ramp section of pavement to the side.

Good
Getting in was the tricky part as there is a ramped approach but it requires you to pass along the frontage of the shop. Doing this means negotiating the tables and chairs to get by. I could get the the various counters albeit the main one was lowered.
Parking & Transport
Good
Well placed for Lobdon Bridge Station and local buses.
Accessible Toilets
Good
There's an accessible loo that is shared with everyone as it's the only toilet. A little tight for my powerchair as there's a baby changing unit hanging on the wall.

Additional Information
The tables closest to the entrance were very high with bar stools. It might have been easier if at least one table near the entrance was of a lower format for easy access for wheelchair users.
