Borough Market

Borough market is unbelievably busy, chaotic, uneven, cobbled and the roads that wind through often do not have drop curbs. But it can be done and it is fun. I didn't use a WC but wheelchair accessible WC's are signposted

Borough Market is a popular street food destination, known for its wide variety of fresh delicacies and high-quality ingredients. With its prime location and vibrant atmosphere, it attracts large crowds every day. However, this also means that visitors should be prepared for queues, especially during peak hours.

Crowded, full of trip hazards, narrow walkways, uneven surfaces, nowhere to rest after being almost knocked over several times, nowhere to sit and watch the cooking demonstration. Claustrophobic, disorientating and deeply unpleasant. Was interesting watching fully able bodied people pretend to be blind for their 'inclusive' food tastings, whilst forced to stand in the middle of the road with vehicles forcing their way down it at any time if you wanted to not be pushed and shoved past for five minutes, though. In short, if you have any mobility issues, find people bashing into you painful, or have a problem with being a part of crowd dynamics crush models - don't bother.
