A pretty simple shopping trip

I am a disabled person and a carer or friend of a disabled person and a general supporter of disabled access. I have experience of challenges around: a hidden impairment, accessing toilets, dexterity or coordination and moving around.
Overall Rating
Good
The majority of the store is access friendly, however there are some features that could be improved slightly.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
The entrances to the store both have automatic doors and are easy to enter through in a wheelchair. Inside the store there are several lifts to access the 5 floors and they are large, but fill up very quickly. There are also escalators going both up and down to each floor for those able to use them. The aisles are mostly wide enough for a wheelchair to navigate through, however at some points it did become difficult to maneouver through the home section as the fragile items were placed on end fixtures in some tight areas. The same for the women's lingerie section, I ended up with underwear wrapped in my wheels and hanging off my chair at one point. In other Primark stores there are lowered till areas for wheelchair users, however there aren't any in this store that I was made aware of.

I travelled to this place by walk or wheel
There isn't any dedicated parking for Primark, however there are multi-storey carparks and street parking located around the city center at varying distanses from the store. There are links to local bus services, however I cannot attest to how far they are from Primark itself. Cardiff Central and Cardiff Queen Street train stations are a fair distance away on foot or if you are self-propelling in a wheelchair.
Accessible Toilets
There are not any customer toilets available at Primark, Cardiff that I am aware of.

The staff that I interacted with at this store were friendly and accomodating towards me.
