Disabled Access at Quaker Tapestry Museum

With step-free access from our Stramongate entrance, and full access for wheelchair users, we positively welcome individuals and groups with specific needs. Assistance dogs are welcome. We have a mobility scooter on site for visitors with mobility problems to use within the Museum. We have audio guides and an introductory film so visually impaired visitors can expect a vivid description of the panels. We have a small car park for museum visitors and if you need a parking space due to a disability please telephone ahead of your visit and we will be happy to reserve a parking place for you in our on-site car park and arrange for a member of staff to be on hand to offer any assistance.
