Rademon Estate in Co. Down is one of the oldest historic estates in Ireland and a haven in a unique setting. Since 2014, it has been distilling Shortcross Gin on the estate, proudly Northern Ireland’s first craft gin and now the most awarded gin in the island of Ireland. Shortcross is an aromatic and exceptionally smooth gin: its unique flavour profile is created using fresh apples, elderflowers, elderberries and wild clover harvested on the estate, distilled alongside classic gin botanicals.
