Overview
I booked here because I have reduced mobility and I still wanted to get out and about. I noticed the hotel car parking and lifts etc so I expected a comfortable stay. On arrival the disabled bays were full with 2 works van. Thankfully one of the drivers offered to move one which he kindly did. It's probably not too helpful they are parking there but it is what it is. I booked direct and we got a lovely room upgrade to a river view. I didn't contact to reserve a accessible room as I personally don't need it (certainly when there's lifts). Car parking was free and another blue badge parked behind me so we did manage to squeeze 4 cars in. Another NCP parking is close by and they said they do offer discounts via the hotel. Bar good although a coach booking had reserved most of the normal tables so we was forced on a high chair which was OKish. Breakfast is in the other restaurant which is in the newer wing and there's a long ramped hallway and I believe steps down which isn't ideal. (£18 for breakfast wasn't worth it in my mind, we went to Travelodge and had breakfast there instead!)
Transport & Parking
Limited space but nice if you can get a space. I think you can park just over the road in the residents bay too though.
Access
Mainly ok although a bit of a trex to the restaurant and down a slope and maybe steps down too.. (Perhaps a ramp somewhere which I missed).
