I pre-booked an accessible taxi to take me from the hotel to the Christmas Village, and the Company sent me a text message acknowledging the booking which included a link to track my Driver once allocated. On the day, they sent me a text message with the vehicle details and registration along with the drivers name. The driver was courteous and assisted me coming off the pavement and hooked me up with an electric motor, which pulled my chair into place, anchors were then fastened to my chair, and the whole operation took less than two minutes. When we reached our destination, the driver helped me exit the taxi and again helped me back onto the pavement as there was no drop curb nearby.
