Not for disabled parents with kids

I am a disabled person. I have experience of challenges around: dexterity or coordination and moving around.

While my children where excited to visit here,I was wondering what it would be like,I thought as the name suggests it will have lots of ramps for me to get around to the toilet and the cafe etc.How wrong was I,yes this place had ramps,but only for the kids/adults doing the scootering,bmx,skateboarding. Whereas was faced with steps to the cafe,steps to the viewing area,steps up to the disabled toilet.I was horrified,so I had to sit in my wheelchair for 3hours by the side of the stunt ramps,I had to arrange for my friend to take the children to the cafe and toilets as I couldn't get anywhere in the building. And to make matters worse the building is just a warehouse with no heating and I was absolutely frozen. The only positive was that my children loved it.
