Looks accessible but isnt 100%
A bit hit and miss which is sad.
We took my niece and nephews to the grotto.
The carpark had plenty of spaces ✔️
Access is via a ramp which on the day i was using a wheelchair due to a flare up, I needed my husband to push me up.
Moving around the store inside was up and down, some places were a nightmare, alot of stock, a few times I was wiped by items as we tried to get past, some parts were simply not accessible due to narrow aisles or tight turns.
There was no warning of a ramp at the rear of the store and I nearly crashed into a poor woman.
The grotto! This is where the fun really started, the entrance to the grotto was behind a desk which we just about managed to maneuver, then the wheelchair wouldnt fit through the door, so I had to be manhandled in agony by my sister in law and husband while my eldest nephew helped fold the wheelchair to get it through the door, once inside the grotto it was very tight and narrow, we did crash into a few of the displays. Once we got to the end where "santa" was we had to fight a set of curtains and again maneuver a small space, it was very closterphobic and overwhelming.
The kids enjoyed it which was the main thing but never again.
The on site cafe is level access but it was freezing in there, you have to got he counter to order and its 100% not worth the price on the menu.
This is one we wont be going to again, which is sad as its local
