    Disabled Access In and Around

    Rating Emoji

    Good

Access is good if you are aware of the correct way in! We used the steep ramp to get in - not for the faint hearted. Afterwards we found they had moved the reception area downstairs and provide a lift but we didn't see any signage telling us this.

    Parking & Transport

    Excellent

They currently have building work going on in the car park which means spaces are restricted. I couldn't find the temporary entrance on this visit but there are plenty of car parks nearby as it is so close to the town centre.

    Accessible Toilets

    Good

The toilet space was just about manageable but the red cord stops short of the ground. (card attached now)

    Staff

    Rating Emoji

    Excellent

The staff here were exceptional and very welcoming. Steve came with us to the ice to attach a wheelchair board and was generally very helpful.

    Additional Information

A bit more signage to avoid the ramp would have been great. Also they need a longer emergency cord for the toilet. We noticed they also had a small café downstairs behind the reception area which looked inviting.
