I am a disabled person. I have experience of challenges around: accessing toilets and moving around.
I use or have experience of: changing places toilet, toilet with hoist, wheelchair
Overall Rating
Excellent
The best changing room for those who are hoist dependent, providing shower bed, ceiling hoist, you just have to bring your own sling, i should add on top of this they have a manual hoist in the second disabled changing room. You enter the pool via a platform that lowers, whilst your in one of their pool pod wheelchairs, they have two different kinds, one for those needing head and back support and one for those who need just the standard wheelchair, their gym is also accessible. They offer a disability swim at 5pm on a sunday, you have to call to book this which im hoping to do soon, but she was happy to sit and explain it all too me ,its a 10/10 recommend
