Overview

Lovely food and a great atmosphere. There was even some live music and accessible! A perfect combination.

Transport & Parking

Parking is possible however, we arrived on the Tube. Jubilee line at London Bridge is both near by and accessible.

Access

Borough Market is fairly level and easy to get around as a wheelchair user. There are some cobbled strips across the tarmac at places but these aren't very wide (18 inches or so). The restaurant is upstairs and is accessed by a modern style lift. The route from the lift into the restaurant was wide and easily accessible. Tables and chairs were not fixed so could be moved to accommodate a wheelchair user.

Toilets

There was an accessible toilet in the entrance area. Modern and large enough to accommodate a sizeable powerchair.

Staff

Staff were helpful and friendly and happy to accommodate our rather large party; that included two powerchair users.
