I did not go to a show but the venue seemed very accessible with helpful staff

There seem to be a number of disabled toilets, at least one on each floor. The toilet where a good size with all the rails that you would expect

All the staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful

I didn't go to a show here, just visited the temporary beach on the roof, but I would be very confident to return here in future
