This visit was arranged in advance using WelcomeByNeatebox. The Greeter knew I was coming and what I needed to do and organised seating accordingly. Other staff approached me knowing my name and were helpful and friendly.
Transport & Parking
There is disabled parking outside the Branch and space to drop off in safety. The tram stops outside the Branch, Waverley Station is very close as is the bus station.
There is a driveway up to the entrance for drop off and disabled parking outside the Branch. The entrance is flat and accessible with self opening doors. Excellent access
There is no loo in the Branch
The staff were very friendly and helpful and all but one knew about the App, my visit and my requirements, which were all met. Tanu met me I had a conversation with Dom the Deputy Manager, Jacqueline came and spoke to me, she knew my name and had helped other Welcome App Users before. The Advisor who helped me switch also knew I was in the Branch and came to say hello. Great service

This was altogether a good banking experience and completely justifies changing my Bank. This is my 5th visit and it just keeps getting better as people understand my requirements before I visit and make the experience hassle free.
