Visits to RBS St. Andrews Square using the Welcome App

I have now made 3 visits to this Branch which has installed the Welcome App and have moved bank accounts to RBS as a result since my previous Bank did not have this facility and I am unable to queue, I no longer have to since requirements are known and help is given.
Transport & Parking
There is disabled parking outside the front door, the tram stop is opposite and Waverley station and the Bus Station are very close.
Excellent all on the level with automated doors.
The Manager welcomed us, the people who helped us were friendly and helpful and knew about our requirements. We were helped in a private area which meant that we could hear what was said and when I needed a chair at the machine this was provided. Altogether a much better banking experience than I have ever had anywhere else.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
I would highly recommend using the Welcome App here as the Bank know what you need and provide the support requested. There is a hearing loop in the private areas and plenty of seating in the foyer. I didnt have to explain that I was unable to stand and queue superb banking experience with helpful and friendly staff.
