Salt and Barrel

Went here after seeing item on Facebook and didn't know what to expect, This restaurant is situated in Ayrshire college in Kilmarnock. This is a very modern building and therefore it's very wheelchair friendly. Entrance is all on One level with specific door for wheelchairs, Disabled toilets are excellent and were easy for me to navigate with my large electric chair. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, The food was of a very good standard and very reasonably priced. I had a 5 course Christmas dinner here and couldn't fault it thoroughly enjoyed it, It is a catering college and therefore some of the chefs are at different levels but that's reflected in the menus and the cost of the food, The food we had was excellent.
