    Excellent

This was amazing it really is fully accessible to disabled people I have severe cerebral palsey and can't walk sit or stand independently they were great they provided a chair to help with access to the pools and the changing rooms are very accessible

    Disabled Access In and Around

    Rating Emoji

    Good

The poolside has level access as do the bars and restaurants all the pools are walk in so it's easy to be wheeled in on the chairs provided the water slides don't have access if you cannot weight bare because they have steps but the wave pool and water fountain are are accessible

    Parking & Transport

    Rating Emoji

    Excellent

This was fine I use a car and parked in the carpark in the front for free

    Accessible Toilets

    Rating Emoji

    Excellent

The toilet I used was accessible with a changing bed shower and hoist as well as lots of space we did have a problem with water pressure in the shower but I reported this so hopefully it has been resolved

    Staff

    Rating Emoji

    Excellent

They were brilliant they let us look around the day before our visit as we were concerned about access they also looked after my assistant dog while I swam and found my helpers swimming costume which she accidentally left behind

    Additional Information

The pool is closed currently due to covid 19 but I would definitely recommend when it reopens
