Overview

My twins Arthur & Alfie LOVE this place! Both wheelchair users and I have to say 100% in every way The staff are amazing - the managers are wonderful and all round disability accesses is PERFECT and makes life easy for us xx

Transport & Parking

This is the only thing I say is an issue because we drive a van and the parking has a barrier across with a hight limit

The staff members are the most wonderful people the boys had the honour to meet

Helpful, friendly staff - I've been to places like Ribby Hall before now, cause local to us and I have to say the access and staff within the sandcastle are 100% above the staff I spoke to at other facilities - More helpful and genuinely want to help Thank you
