Overview

We visited the water park on a very busy day in high season . The que to get in was quite long which we could have cut short by booking on line . There is a cafe at the entrance so if two caters one could have entertained the kids in the cafe area while the other qued. The staff where all amazingly friendly and supportive even though they where not aware of the kids diagnosis. At lunch time when the noise was starting to get to much we asked a life guard for access to the quiet room. We where taken straight there no need to show proof of diagnosis and spent as long as we needed in the quiet area before going back out to enjoy the lazy river again . We normally struggle to get the kids to take part in such activities and frequently have to leave very quickly . However due to the staff and the access to the quiet room we managed to enjoy a couple of hours in the park at a busy time of year .

The quiet room was a god send . Padded mats, bean bags , coloure changing lighting and water feature wall.
