Excellent
Excellent hotel, right next to the train station and little shopping centre right in the middle of town. Room nice and spacious, my wheelchair had plenty room to get around. Shower room huge, with underfloor heating - great for defrosting frozen toes! The door from the hallway to the room opens out into the hall which makes exiting so much easier. I took .5 points off as the ramp up to the shower room door is steep (I can walk and kept forgetting on the way out, almost falling a few times), the beds are a little low (I had to get help getting up from mine) and the floor is very slidey (great for wheelchair not so much for walking in socks). Staff are lovely (I don't think they sleep!), lifts are speedy and spacious enough. Will definitely stay there again if back in Oslo.

Good
Access within the hotel, train station and shopping centre was great. Lots of different lifts to take though and once outside lots of cobbles!
Parking & Transport
Excellent
Took the Flytoget train from Oslo airport - great system with inbuilt ramps at the wheelchair section and a very helpful conductor who seemed to magically appear at the right moment. The train arrived at Oslo station which was connected via a shopping centre to the hotel.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
Great toilet, lots of handrails and of comfort height (So happy not to have to ask for a raiser). Took 0.5 off as toilet paper dispense in the most awkward place.
Staff
Excellent
Staff were lovely, and very helpful.
