    Home of Germany's last Crown Prince and venue for Potsdam Conference

    One step up to access the ticket office and shop, otherwise the entire tour is on the ground floor and level. We were admitted free because one of us is a wheelchair user - this doesn't always happen in Germany, sometimes they will only admit for free holders of a German social security card. A helpful attendant opened the main entrance of the Schloss so that we could leave the building without retracing our route - again one step to be negotiated.
