This review is especially helpful for those who have or use the following: Walking Aid
We visited the Science Museum with our son who walks slowly with support but cant do stairs. The ground floor was OK but getting around the upper floors was a nightmare as there is no step free access between the back part of the building and the front except for going down and back up again. it was very confusing and he was agitated. 3 of the lift banks were also out of order which added to the problems.
Transport & Parking
many lifts were out of order and there was a lack of anyone to ask
there were very few staff around
Anything else you wish to tell us?
it would have been good if there was more information for disabled visitors or for children with special needs
