Scots Pine Tearoom

We visited here with family . There are no blue badge parking spaces and the car park is gravel. The car park was full when we arrived, my daughter ended up parking near the entrance we weren’t sure if it was a parking space or not, but parked here anyway. With it being a gravel a car park it would have a been difficult with either the scooter or wheelchair, as I had my crutches with me decided to walk but it certainly wasn’t easy getting to the entrance. Entry is up a slope once inside moving about wasn’t easy as the tables are quite close together. Just as well I only had my crutches, as people still had to move to allow to get to get to the table. The waitresses were all high school or students . My aunt placed our order for hot drinks and cakes at the counter. Unfortunately the young girl who brought our cakes over dropped mine onto the floor so had to get another one she also forgot to bring our drinks over . My aunt had to go up twice to see where they were. Eventually they arrived but only one we had to ask where the rest were. The menu had mostly sandwiches etc. I think we were just unlucky with our order as other people’s orders. looked really good. Would stop again when passing as the cake we had was very nice despite the mishaps .
