Overview
Spent an enjoyable and informative afternoon at the centre. Laid out as an Iron Age village with staff/volunteers filling various roles and demonstrating how people lived and worked. Lots of opportunities to get hands on with various crafts etc. Good cafe for lunch and snacks and excellent gift shop. Although surfaces were really hard packed earth there were no issues for wheelchair
Transport & Parking
Drove to centre after an overnight in Perth Not sure what public transport options are available
Access
Disabled parking - one space with EV charge point- close to entrance. Centre is on one level and easy to access with ramps where necessary' Could access pretty much whole site and see everything happening. Excellent photos on Trip Adviser give a clear indication of the site and would help answer access queris
Toilets
I think there are two accessible toilets but can only speak to the outside one accessed from car park. This was easy to find and use with space for a carer if needed. Clean and well maintained
Staff
Everyone on site was friendly and helpful and certainly make the visit an enjoyable experience
