The Sealife Aquarium at Loch Lomand Shores is a fantastic place to vist There are 4 different levels within the building however the Aquarium is on the ground floor. There are lifts available to take you to other levels if you have Mobility Problems. The Aquarium is a bit of a labyrinth as it twists and turns to fit in the various tanks however it is still accessible you simply need to make sure that you are using a slow speed if you are in a Powerchair. Many of the areas the lighting is dull however this is due to the type of fish in the tanks as many of these fish live at deep sea levels were it is dull. You also go through a tunnel built in to a tank with fish and Sharks swimming around you and above you head as well. There are staff through the Aquarium who were pleased answer questions and offer you assistance if required. There is a Cafe on level 3 of the building which you can access via one the lifts . Thd Cafe is of to the left when you exit the lift and has a number of tables that allow you to pull put a chair to let a Wheelchair in to the table and again the staff were very helpful. Therd is a reasonable menu and they have food such as Gluten free available. ( However it can be that they have only certain food available depending on when you visit the cafe. There are various Blue Badge spaces available in the various carparking areas at Loch Lomand and I is advisable to read the information on display on the information boards in the carparking areas We visited the Accessible toilet on the ground floor it is accessible but can be difficult to turn if you are in s Powerchair . There is not a lot of space if you need a Caregiver to assist you . There is however a good size accessible toilet in the Cafe in Frasers store in the shopping area at Loch Lomand Shores
