Able bodied but reviewing as yet another car park I cannot access with my wheelchair using father. Lift has now been out of action for about 18 months meaning the only option to get out is via the car entrance which would involve asking the attendant to lift the barrier (raised footpath around it so only.way is the road. Then we have a steep incline which is fully road, no pavement and most of the time there are vans parked down the edge so cars coming down hill at you have limited view of any pedestrians coming up. It's a shame as having an underground car park for getting out wheelchair, transferring etc is so good but simply unusable until they get the lift fixed and that doesn't seem to be their priority any time soon.
