I came in by train so no experience with other means of transport.

Access

The entire station can be accessed usually lifts however to get between platforms you do feel like you are endlessly going up and down in different lifts. There were ramps available for the trains, although the train I was on had it's own ramp. There was plenty of seating available as well as transport wheelchairs for those with limited mobility. I also saw a help point on the platform. The departure/arrival signs I always struggle with personally as I can't see lift up text that easily. The audible descriptions I also find not very clear due to all the background noise. I saw an ATM machine which had been lowered in the main entrance.

Toilets

I didn't use the toilets.
