All screens at this cinema can be accessed in a wheelchair. They also offer accessible features for people with visual and hearing impairments.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
To get up to the cinema you need to get onto 1st floor of Intu, then go up a second lift, then a third lift to get to the entrance. Depending what screen you are in you may need a 4th lift. You cannot pay at the self service kiosks if you need a wheelchair space. There are lowered sections at the ticket counter and food counter. If you need help with the doors you have to ask as they don't offer. There is seating available in foyer and near the screens. All screens have wheelchair access. CEA cards accepted. Audio description and subtitltes on limited screenings.

Excellent
Transport and parking is the same as written in my review of Derby Intu.
Accessible Toilets
Good
Toilet for screen 3 was large with plenty of floor space. Even with all this floor space there was still a large bin next to the toilet. Grab rails around the toilet and sink. Nearest changing places toilet is in Derby Intu.
