Good
Fairly positive experience - only challenge was that the lift was quite slow and the disabled toilet was on the bottom floor. However the lift sang instead of the usual poncy voice instructions so that was very nice!
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
There is level access. I saw people in motorised wheelchairs and I did not encounter any unexpected steps
Accessible Toilets
Good
The disabled toilet on the ground floor was large and had all the rails I would expect. I did not see any other disabled toilet which means if you are on a different floor you would have to use the lift which isn't very fast...
Staff
Average
The staff that we encountered told us the wrong seat so we didn't have a great impression. We realised that that wasn't our seat because we didn't have the right number for weight
Additional Information
I really loved the singing lift! It is worth going to the venue just for a ride in the lift
