I visited this beautiful cathedral last week.

Disabled Access In and Around

The main body of the church is down a few steps. There is a lift but it has been out of order for months. I had to use a very scary, wobbly ramp to enter through an office. I was using an iGo+ powerchair which weighs 27Kg. Heavier wheelchairs would not be able to use it.There is an accessible route but you need to find a staff member to assist. If you wish to visit, phone first and they will help. However, I only found this out when I left.

Staff

The staff were very helpful. One volunteer went out of her way to help me.
