I am a disabled person. I have experience of challenges around: accessing toilets and moving around.

A lovely accessible shopping and dining experience. All stores are fully accessible, plenty of lifts (with room to turn a wheelchair inside) plus lots of choice of shops and places to eat. Particularly impressed with the accessible loos. They do require a radar key but are HUGE with a well thought through layout. Includes changing places bed with hoist, loo with transfer space on both side, appropriate height washbasin, mirror and hand dryer. Also has a shower with shower gel provided. Just goes to show what can be achieved when access needs are considered ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great review. I love going to St James – even if it does get a bit chilly in December!
