Overview

Easily accessible from the High Street as it's at the end before the bollards block off the street, so a taxi can get very close. One step in to premises. Very helpful staff, attentive to needs (i.e. offering to carry drink to table). Accessible toilet. Table for three on ground floor beside main door (most seating and toilets upstairs).

Very good, lots of space. Kept locked but staff very quick to assist.

Staff

Staff very sensitive to needs of mobility impaired user - offering to carry drink to table etc. Very quick to acknowledge eye contact with a view to getting the key to the loo!
