Overview

The access is great until you get to platform 9 and 10 which have no access! A bit of nightmare as we have been changed to these platforms before with no warning! They had a back gate so that you could leave via the back entrance! Was a total nightmare though! We were getting picked up at the main entrance and were in the totally wrong place! I had gotten so flustered with it all I left my bag on the platform! Which I luckily got back. We were just abandoned at this back gate and had to figure out where to go from there! With luggage - not great!

Transport & Parking

Has good parking available, room to pick up at the front and also has a busy taxis rank and very close to the bus station.

Access

They have automatic doors and lifts to most platforms, disabled access ticket barriers. The main draw back is platforms 9 and 10 with no access! They pop you out the back way and I have to stress it's not a small detour to get to the front - when you have luggage it's totally inappropriate! Massive let down.

Toilets

Large disabled toilets in the main concourse.

Staff

They did meet us on the platform! But it was the wrong platform! And we were just abandoned after that, not the best!

It's close for access to the Thistle Shopping Centre which is good!
