St John's is a small Shopping Centre located in the heart of Perth. With automatic doors at each entrance, and level access throughout, it's suitable for most visitors. The centre features a wide range of stores, including River Island, JD Sports, Bonmarché, Primark, Timpson, Card Factory, Virgin Money, Max Spielmann, Poundland, Waterstones, Three, TSB, Toytown, O2, Bakers & Baristas, Claire’s Accessories, The Best in Leather, Trespass, Fone Care, Ernest Jones, The Perfume Shop, Clintons, The Works, CeX, Café Central and H. Samuel. I had intended to provide more photos for this review, but a member of security team stopped me during my visit and told me that I'd need to seek permission to take any more photos, so I've included all I had taken until that point.
Disabled Access In and Around
Average
I wheeled my way to the centre, but it is worth noting that there is no onsite parking. Paid parking is available 480 metres away on Scott Street or 320 metres away at the Canal Street Multistorey. The closest bus stops are located at the South Street entrance to the building. Perth Railway Station is just over half a mile away for those visiting the city.
Accessible facilities: Step-free entrance, Seating at regular intervals, Single-level venue

I travelled to this place by walk or wheel
The venue has level access throughout, with automatic doors at each of the four entrances. I visited midday on a Wednesday and found the centre to be very quiet. I did not observe any additional accessibility features, such as Braille, hearing loops of other alternative formats. The centres is tiled throughout, and some entrances have a slight incline on approach.
Accessible Toilets
Average
The accessible toilet requires a RADAR key to enter and the door opens inwards. The toilet is small but has enough space for a manual wheelchair or powerchair user and an additional person. The toilet seat is left-side transfer only, as the other side is too close to the wall. The seat and grab rails on either side are a dark blue colour, contrasting well against the wall. The red cord hangs to the left and is free from obstruction. The sink has contrasting rails on either side and a sensor-operated tap. A small mirror, which is a bit too high for most wheelchair users, and a soap dispenser are mounted on the wall above the sink. The toilet has lino flooring and was in good condition and very clean.
