We visited here on new years eve in the afternoon,the staff were excellent and made a table available for me with out any fuss at all,There is level access into the place and a gradual ramp up to where we were seated,the food was excellent also.

Parking & Transport
Excellent
The restaurant is on a main road so i think there would be public transport nearby but don't know for sure as we used our car with which there is plenty of parking on the streets in St Andrews.
Accessible Toilets
Good
Excellent accessible toilet with plenty of grab handles,only downside was i couldn't turn around in my powerchair so had to reverse out but my chair is quiet big.

Excellent staff ,very friendly and accommodating of my needs.
