Roomy venue, very easy to access

I am a carer or friend of a disabled person. I have experience of challenges around: moving around and seeing.

Excellent

A simple cafe with good access and circulation space. Lift to auditorium.

Disabled Access In and Around

Excellent

Easy access from the street. The cafe has good circulation space between tables. Sturdy chairs with and without arms.

Parking & Transport

Excellent

Lots of on street parking.

Accessible Toilets

Good

Well equipped with sturdy features. Side transfer space from left of loo seat. Shares space with baby changing. The red cord was too short and strangely it wa located just as inside the door, as far away from pan as possibles. On the day of my visit the lighting was not working but Manager was seeking a solution.

Average

There were two of us very obviously disabled but no one asked if we wanted to order. We had to drag ourselves to the counter. It was not busy so it would have been a simple courtesy to ask if we needed help.

Additional Information

No main meals, just panini and soup. A good range of cakes and drinks.
