Good
The Cenotaph sits in the middle of the main road at Whitehall. It's easily approached from either side of the road where there are wide level pavements.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Easy to get close enough to see. It is in the centre of Whitehall, a busy main road. You get a good view from either of the pavements as the monument is very big. Each pavement is fairly smooth, level and with plenty of space.
