Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
This shopping center has a main entrance at the front which has ramps and lowered kerbs to make it easy to access for wheelchair users.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
At the shopping center, there is disables parking bays to make the shops more accessible for blue badge holders. Livingston North train station is a ten-minute drive from Livingston shopping center which is accessible by wheelchair as it has ramps.
Accessible Toilets

This shopping center has a number of spacious disables toilets available which were clean.
Staff
Excellent
The help desk at this shopping center could clearly be identified as there was a sign big enough for people to see. They are approachable and helpful.
