I popped into this venue for a bit of brunch with an old friend, his wife and their two children. I know what to expect, as I have been to other restaurants in this chain. I chose it partly for the kids menu - which the two youngsters demolished!
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
There are stairs to the left as you enter, and a lift right ahead. The lift is small but could accommodate a powerchair user. It has braille buttons and a mirror for reversing out. The one downside is that the lift opens to a tiled section, which dips, so there's an extra bit of effort needed to get out of this wee ditch. It's table service, so I didn't need to worry about going to the bar to order. I didn't see any alternative formats in use. There is a coeliac menu.
Accessible facilities: Lift to all areas, Seating at regular intervals, Step-free entrance

I travelled to this place by personal vehicle
There are bus and tram routers along nearby Broad Street. Birmingham New Street Station is just under a mile away. There are also nearby mooring points for barges.
Accessible Toilets
Average
The toilet door opens out and doesn't require a RADAR key. The toilet has space for larger mobility devices, and a left side transfer space - but there is a bin in it The pan has a contrasting seat and contrasting grab rails on either side. The sink also has rails on either side. The basin is small, and features a level-style tap. The red cord hangs to the left, and is between the pan and the wall. It was draped over a toilet roll dispenser, meaning it didn't reach the floor.
