I was in a group of 10. There was 3 carers and 7 elderly people 4 of whom have dementia and needed constant supervision. We had 3 in wheelchairs and the rest were walking. . . the actual exhibit...

Amazing had wheelchair’s and mobility scooters available. Had lifts. Had accessible toilets. You could raise or lower the sink and mirror. Low hand dryers. Low toilet paper. Good hand rails....

I've been here a few times and it's a great day out and very accessible and the staff are very friendly and helpful. You enter via a lift and then the layout route of the The Deep is all downhill...
